I built this because I lived the gap.

I had the credentials, the healing, the spiritual awareness — and still that quiet feeling that something wasn't fully landing. What was missing wasn't more information. It was precision. It was the body. It was my blueprint.

I've spent over 15 years at the intersection of chiropractic medicine, Human Design, Gene Keys, subconscious healing, and frequency work — not because I planned it that way, but because something kept pulling me deeper. A question the labs couldn't answer and the adjustments couldn't reach.

Then the download came. The OHM frequency arrived not as information — but as love. And it reorganized everything.

I didn't create OHM Life. It came through me.

As a 5/1 Generator I was born to investigate deeply before I teach. Everything I've studied — the spine, the nervous system, the subconscious, the blueprint, the frequency — was in service of one thing:

Understanding how love, when it's blocked, creates dis-ease. And how love, when it's remembered, creates flow.

That is The OHM Method. And it is the most complete, effective, and loving approach to transformation I have ever encountered — because I lived my way to it.

Outside of this work I'm a holistic mama — holding the sacred space for the most amazing human being, my 5/1 Manifestor son, to root deeply and bloom into everything he was always designed to be. Watching him unfold into his most magnificent self — fully, unapologetically who he is — has been the most beautiful mirror I've ever been given. 🌊

I'm also completely devoted to my favorite person — a retired United States Marine Corps 5/1 Projector — holding the space for him to be seen, recognized, and celebrated in all the ways his design deserves. Loving a Projector as a Generator has been one of the most profound invitations to slow down, wait, and witness the magic that happens when someone is truly seen. 💗

I practice what I teach. I live by my design. I follow my sacral response. And I am constantly in awe of what becomes possible when you stop fighting who you are.
